1. Introduction

Welcome to Raai Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Raai Platform, including its websites, applications, and related digital services.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or accepting an invitation to join, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, farm, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Platform means Raai Platform and its related websites, applications, and digital services.

User means any person who accesses or uses the Platform or holds an account.

Account means the registered user account used to access the Platform.

Marah means the operational workspace or entity used within the Platform to manage livestock, records, personnel, and related activities.

Owner means a user who owns or manages a Marah in accordance with the permissions available through the Platform.

Marah Members means individuals associated with a Marah, including supervisors, workers, veterinarians, shareholders, or other authorized roles.

Content means data, information, images, records, documents, and other materials submitted to or generated through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of using digital services and entering into relevant obligations.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, accepting an invitation, or completing their profile.

The Platform may refuse, suspend, or restrict an account where information is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or where security, legal, or operational risks exist.

4. Account Registration and Invitations

The Platform may allow accounts to be created through open registration, administrative creation, or invitations issued by authorized users or administrators.

An invitation is intended only for the recipient to whom it was issued and must not be transferred unless expressly permitted.

Acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy may be required before registration, invitation acceptance, or continued use of the Platform.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and verification methods.

Users must not share account credentials with unauthorized persons.

Users must promptly notify the Platform if they suspect unauthorized access or misuse of their account.

The Platform may require additional security measures, including multi-factor authentication or re-verification for sensitive operations.

Users may use the Platform for legitimate livestock management, Marah administration, and other services made available by Raai.

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Intentionally submitting false or misleading information.
• Attempting to bypass security controls or permissions.
• Accessing another user's account or data without authorization.
• Uploading malware or harmful content.
• Disrupting or overloading the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Using unauthorized automated means to scrape or extract Platform data.

8. User and Marah Data

Users and relevant data owners remain responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Platform.

The Platform is not responsible for decisions made based on incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by users.

The Platform may maintain operational, security, and audit logs for compliance, security, troubleshooting, and accountability purposes.

9. Veterinary and Health Records

The Platform may include tools for recording illnesses, injuries, treatments, quarantine activity, preventive programs, and other livestock health information.

These tools are intended to assist with record keeping and farm management.

They do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

Users remain responsible for consulting qualified veterinary professionals where appropriate.

10. Notifications, Indicators, and Recommendations

The Platform may provide reminders, alerts, indicators, automated calculations, or recommendations based on available data.

These features are intended as support tools only.

The Platform does not guarantee that automated outputs will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.

Users remain responsible for reviewing relevant information and making appropriate operational or professional decisions.

11. Images, Documents, and Uploaded Files

Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or use images, documents, and other files submitted to the Platform.

Users must not upload unlawful content, harmful files, or material that infringes the rights of third parties.

12. Subscriptions and Plans

The Platform may offer free or paid plans with different features, limits, or levels of service.

Applicable pricing, subscription periods, features, taxes, and fees will be presented before purchase.

15. Suspension and Restrictions

• Abuse of the Platform.
• Suspected fraud.
• Legal, regulatory, or judicial requirements.
• Failure to pay applicable fees for paid services.

Accounts may be reactivated in accordance with the Platform's applicable procedures.

Users may request account deletion in accordance with available Platform procedures and applicable policies.

Certain records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, audit, fraud-prevention, or historical evidence purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, Raai is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect information entered by users.
• Decisions made without appropriate verification.
• Connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Use of the Platform contrary to instructions, these Terms, or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations where applicable.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Where a change is material, users may be notified through the Platform, email, or another appropriate communication method.

Where a new version requires renewed acceptance, users may be required to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use some or all services.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
